I can’t get enough of these at the moment….It is so simple and fast to make and satiates my chocolate fix in a filling and nutritional healthy way too….

RAWLOULOU’S CHOCONANA SHAKE

  • 1 large frozen banana (cut up into smallish chunks)
  • 2 T carob powder (or cacao powder)
  • 1 T cashew nut butter (or your choice of nut butter)
  • 1 C purified water (or you could add nut mylk instead)
simply add all the ingredients into a high speed blender and let the machine do it’s stuff.
